In recent years, the breeding mode has gradually shifted from flat breeding to modern chicken breeding equipment. Cage chicken is a combination of advanced technology and equipment to improve chicken production efficiency.

The most important thing in the whole set of equipment is the chicken cage. Now we will introduce several commonly use chicken coops.

• Full-step chicken coop. It is generally 2-3 layers. It has the advantages of large internal space and good ventilation. This kind of chicken cage is relatively simple in structure and easy to maintain.
• Half-step chicken coop. This kind of cage has a partial overlap between the upper and lower layers, so the stocking density is relatively high. Compared with the full-step chicken cage, its ventilation performance is poor. But it is easy to operate and easier to observe the status of the flock.
• Stacked broiler cages. Its upper and lower layers completely overlap. There is a conveyor belt between the layers to take the chicken manure away. The advantage of this kind of chicken cage is that the feeding density is high and the chicken farm area is saved. But it has higher requirements for chicken coops, ventilation equipment and manure removal equipment.
